Our first annual fly-in is set to become “The Annual Aviation Event” of choice. Situated in an idyllic bush setting, Bona Bona Game lodge is renowned for creating lasting unforgettable memories. Our game drives are undoubtedly one of the main attractions and should you want more, our Spa, bush picnics, predator experience, restaurant and wine cellar are nothing short of a world class bushveld experience.  

You can also expect to experience our incomparable Bona Bona hospitality and family atmosphere. On Friday we will be hosting a fun filled evening with, authentic pizza and exquisite wines. Saturday we are hosting a sunset braai with live music and all-night entertainment. (More details will follow).

The commencement of our annual fly-in was inspired by our love for aviation and quality family time. We strive to create a special place in the bush, where all aviators feel welcome and at home where luxury and affordability meet. A place where we gather yearly to share our passions and create a bond amongst the aviation community, family, and friends. We hope you will join us on this journey.  

Although our entire lodge has been reserved for the aviation community, space remains limited so make sure your reserve your place to avoid disappointment. Camping options will also be available and subject to demand.

Our camp is fully booked and due to the high demand we now  offer Pro Dome safari tents, equipped with twin beds, 2 pillows, sheets, bed comforters, mats, tables, chairs and a battery operated lantern.  Note these tents are temporarily erected and clean nearby shared ablutions will be offered.
